We moved to Wooster without knowing anyone in town. We were buying a house months before moving and live out of state, so we relied heavily on our agent to help us in the process. Melissa from Cutler was FANTASTIC! After our first visit to look at houses she had a clear sense of what we were looking for and was tremendously helpful in vetting homes for us. Since we weren't already living in the area we relied on her to let us know whether a home would be a good fit or not. She also did several virtual FaceTime walk throughs with us so we could tour homes virtually. There were some tangles to the sale of our Holmes County property. We were splitting the property into two parts. CAUV was involved. A new survey of the divided parcels was needed. MANY contacts with officials needed to be made. Scott accomplished all of this for us and never made us feel that it was a burden. He took what could have been a complicated process and made it appear uncomplicated (although we're sure all the effort was on his side, not ours).

I have been shopping with Scott for a long time. 3-4 years off and on without a home purchse. I manage sales people for a living and I have to say Scott's professionalism, follow up, understanding of situations and patience is second to none. Scott sold our offer to the seller. In a buying situation where there were two competitive offers on the table for the seller to choose. I feel the difference in buying our dream house or not was having Scott in our corner. I would recommend Scott. He will go above and beyond to help you find a home and at whatever pace is best for you. Once you have found a place he will be with you every step of the way right up to closing and after. The only thing I think he doesn't do is help you move.
